In what format are the images?
We have just updated most of the visuals in these volumes to 1024x768, while some of the older pictures remain at 800x600. All new volumes contain images that are 1024x768. Do you add images on a regular basis?
We add new volumes of images as they are compiled.

Your images are grouped in threes. Why is this done?
Even though all images in a volume are individual files and can be used independently, the triptych concept is very powerful. Venues with multiple projectors will benefit from the use of independent yet symbiotic imagery. If your venue does not have multiple projectors, our images will still be stronger than any stock photography you will find on the net. However, for any large room, a multiple projector installation with the use of our images will ignite your audience.

We have a multiple projector installation, but all projectors show the same image. How do we make them show unique images?
First, you need to use a professional grade presentation computer like a Mac Pro. This is about the only computer on the market capable of outputting multiple streams of video or still images without bogging down, catching a computer virus, or crashing. We recommend Isadora by TroikaTronix as our display software of choice. You will also need a VGA mixer capable of driving multiple projectors. Products from TV One, Barco, and Analog Way will, for a price, allow you to composite the Mac Pro's signal with Powerpoint, Keynote, or other text generator programs. Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. Once you download the images, you have a digital copy of them that is not copy-protected, so the sale is final.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the images I download from AwakeImages.com?
Yes. While AwakeImages.com offers great freedom and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our images or the use of our images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Can I buy just one or two images, or do I have to purchase on a volume-by-volume basis?
Our images are available only in complete volumes. This allows us to keep our per-image costs reasonable and encourages presentation designers to improve their productions through the use of themed background image sets. Many of our images are specifically designed to work with other images in the same volume. Separating them out to be sold individually defeats the purpose of designing images to work with each other.

Are your volumes available on CD or DVD as an alternative to electronic download?
Currently, AwakeImages offers its volumes only via download. By providing a zip file (approximately 300-500 MB) with all of the images as a download, we can pass along a huge savings to you because we avoid the cost of producing and stocking inventory.
